Mindfulness, the psychological technique which help can people deal with stress, has become increasingly popular in recent years.
A group of MPs have now called on the government to make the practice more widely available as they believe it could have huge benefits for people’s health, happiness and relationships. Mindfulness has been embedded into a number of our BFET/Teaching School Alliance Schools with wonderful impact on behaviour and ethos.
